I work exclusively with adults (18+). I do not currently see children or teens. At this time, I’m not taking any couples.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying what you'd like to focus on. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable — there’s no pressure to “dive in” right away.

I currently offer both in-person and virtual sessions! My office is located in Mt. Juliet, TN. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients located in Tennessee.

Sessions are typically 53-minutes long. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. We can discuss what frequency feels right for you based on your goals, availability, and preferences.

I am in network with the following insurances: Aetna, Cigna, BCBS of Massachusetts, Quest, and Carelon Behavioral Health. For all other insurance, I am an out-of-network provider. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

That’s completely okay. Starting therapy is a big step. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and whether we might be a good fit. There’s no pressure, just a chance to explore your options.
-
Not at all. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected without having a specific traumatic event. Therapy is about helping you understand your experience and feel more like yourself again — no trauma résumé required.

Tears are welcome here. Crying is a natural part of processing emotion and a sign that you’re tuning into something meaningful. I’ll hold space for whatever comes up, without judgment.
-
That’s more common than you think. Sometimes the most important things surface when we slow down. I’ll guide the process and meet you wherever you’re at, there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
-
Sometimes! I may offer worksheets, book recommendations, or tools to explore between sessions, but it’s never required. If you’re someone who likes structure and direction, I’ve got you. If not, we’ll adjust.
-
Yep. Therapy is a space to be your full, uncensored self — f-bombs and all.

The name Feel to Heal comes from the belief that true healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel what we've been avoiding, suppressing, or carrying alone for too long. Many of us were taught to push our emotions down or “move on” before we were ready, but emotions that aren’t processed don’t disappear, they just go underground.
In therapy, we create a safe space to gently reconnect with those parts of you that have been silenced or shut down. When we feel with support, understanding, and compassion, we create space for healing, clarity, and deeper self-connection.
It’s not always easy to feel, but it’s often where the most meaningful healing begins.
