A Safe Space to Feel, Heal, and Reclaim Your Story.

Supportive therapy for adults working through anxiety, attachment wounds, and trauma.

I’m so glad you’re here

My name is Brittany Miles — founder of Feel to Heal Counseling. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Tennessee dedicated to helping adults heal from emotional neglect, trauma, and attachment wounds.

I work with individuals who feel stuck in painful patterns often shaped by co-dependency, difficult family dynamics, or unresolved childhood experiences. If you’ve ever felt like you’re too much, not enough, or unsure of your place in the world, you’re not alone — and you’re exactly where you need to be.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in safety. Together, we’ll explore how your past has shaped your present and gently begin the process of reconnecting with your true self. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other experiential methods to help you heal the wounded parts within and move forward with clarity and self-trust.
